We
were very grateful to have sue peckett attend the meeting. Especially
as Jack Mullen bought his web design for the PTA website. Many thanks
Jack. The site will have contact detials, our chairty number and our
statment. Including minutes, events. Etc.
It was
very dissapointing that we had no new faces - The future of the
PTA depends on people taking over! We will be having a bring a buddy
committee meeting in the new year, so be prepared!!! The chairs report
(coming soon). Outlined all the events and where the money raised went
to in the school. Sue said this is essential for contirbuting to the
rounded eduction offered at the school. The existing committee decided
to stay for another year, but would welcome any new members at any time.
The
committee recieved a wish list from the school which includes a
trip to Exmoor zoo. Sponsoring a 'Hero Rat'. A visit from
'Circusbisurcus' and more books. The committee decided to fund these
and to donate £100 a term to school council. This will be largely
funded by our cake stalls, so get baking!
